Cashless Service

Torbay Harbour Authority and Beaches are transitioning to a cashless service across all offices, quaysides, and beaches. This will cover, among other things, visitor charges, launch and recovery, electric, and short-term beach hut hires.

This change will apply from Monday 14th April. Our goal is to streamline operations, improve the safety of our staff and the service efficiency.

Sunken Vessel in Brixham Harbour Outer Moorings

From 13 November 2025

Mariners are advised that there is a sunken vessel in Brixham Harbour outer moorings, mooring S6, approximately 100 metres North of the MDL wavebreak.

 

Lat 50.24.099N; Long 003.30.568W

Chart Ref. WGS84 INT 1724

 

The wreck is partially submerged and constitutes a hazard to navigation. The site is currently marked with a temporary wreck mooring.

 

This notice remains in force until the wreck is removed or until further notification.
