Tor Bay Harbour

The Royal Torbay Yacht Club will be hosting a World Sailing Championship event for the B14 Class Association.

This event will involve approximately 50 double‑handed performance dinghies racing around courses set using club racing marks within central Tor Bay waters. The precise course configuration will be dependent on prevailing wind conditions.

Mariners are advised to exercise caution when navigating in the vicinity of the event area and to maintain a vigilant lookout for a large number of fast-moving sailing dinghies.

Mariners are advised to keep well clear of the event and to reduce speed when passing. The International Regulations for the Prevention of Collisions at Sea (COLREGs) will apply at all times throughout the event.
