Tor Bay Harbour

Mariners and harbour users are advised that the Middle Pier within Brixham Inner Harbour must be fully cleared by Thursday 30th April 2026.

This requirement is to facilitate scheduled disposal works, during which contractors will require unrestricted access to the entire pier for operational and safety purposes.

All vessels, equipment, gear, and personal items must be removed from Middle Pier no later than 23:59 on 30/04/2026.

Any items remaining after this deadline will be removed and disposed of to allow the works to proceed. Tor Bay Harbour Authority and Torbay Council accept no liability for any gear, equipment, or property left on the pier after the stated time.
