Tor Bay Harbour

Mariners are advised that dropped trawls have been identified on the seabed within the following positions:

• 50°25.332’N 003°31.513’W
• 50°25.207’N 003°31.503’W
• 50°25.287’N 003°31.469’W

Certain elements of the gear are reported to be at or near the surface, creating a potential hazard to navigation. Two of the above positions have been marked with black cans, but there are still elements of the trawl floating on the surface.

All vessels are requested to keep well clear of this area until recovery operations have been completed.

A further Notice will be issued once the obstruction has been removed.
