Cashless Service

Torbay Harbour Authority and Beaches are transitioning to a cashless service across all offices, quaysides, and beaches. This will cover, among other things, visitor charges, launch and recovery, electric, and short-term beach hut hires.

This change will apply from Monday 14th April. Our goal is to streamline operations, improve the safety of our staff and the service efficiency.

Outhaul moorings

These moorings are at Paignton Harbour only. They are only suitable for vessels less than 4.5 metres in length which are attached to a line that goes from the quayside to a ground chain on the harbour base. The outhaul moorings are drying berths.

To be able to apply for one of these moorings you must live in Devon.
