Cashless Service

Torbay Harbour Authority and Beaches are transitioning to a cashless service across all offices, quaysides, and beaches. This will cover, among other things, visitor charges, launch and recovery, electric, and short-term beach hut hires.

This change will apply from Monday 14^th April. Our goal is to streamline operations, improve the safety of our staff and the service efficiency.

This is an official Guinness World Record attempt for the most paddlers on parade. Paddlers will access the water from various locations and converge together at Fishcombe Cove where the WR will be officially adjudicated.

We are looking to have upwards of 1000 paddlers on the water and we are raising money for the RNLI's Brixham Lifeboat and raising the profile on stand up paddle boarders water safety.

This event will be across multiple locations including Torquay Marina, Abbey Sands Beach, Paignton Beach, Goodrington Beach, Broadsands Beach, Freshwater Carpark and Breakwater Beach.
