Cashless Service

Torbay Harbour Authority and Beaches are transitioning to a cashless service across all offices, quaysides, and beaches. This will cover, among other things, visitor charges, launch and recovery, electric, and short-term beach hut hires.

This change will apply from Monday 14^th April. Our goal is to streamline operations, improve the safety of our staff and the service efficiency.

Veterans Championship held on the Saturday for adult gig rowers aged 40+ and our own Gig Regatta held on the Sunday for all ages 12 upwards, approximately 10-16 gigs race a 3k kite shaped course off of Brixham Breakwater Beach near the Breakwater. Clubs are invited to enter, all are CPGA registered. All rowers are experienced and we provide safety boats to monitor all activity on the water and stewards on the beach to ensure safety at changeovers.
