Torquay Roadworks - Diversion Route & Details

Works to begin on Monday 5 February 2024. Torbay Council expect this phase of the project to take 18-weeks.

Thatcher Rock Race

Offshore Rowing Event run by the Torquay Rowing Club, starting from a line running South West from Haldon Pier and racing to the East of, and rounding Thatcher Rock, returning to Haldon Pier.

There will be eight races, the first starting at 10:30 and the last race at approximately 15:15. Eight to ten crews will be racing at a time in various size craft from single scullers to coxed quadruple sculling boats.
