Works to begin on Monday 5 February 2024. Torbay Council expect this phase of the project to take 18-weeks.

From Brixham Harbour, there will be Offshore Model Powerboat racing from the outer harbour slipway opposite the University building. There will be circuit races around a series of 3 or 4 markers and the Models will be operated from the shore.
