Navigational Safety

The Harbour Authority regularly enforce byelaws and in order to do this correctly have an Enforcement and Prosecutions policy document.

If you experience or happen to be involved with an incident or accident within the Tor Bay Harbour limits and feel that you need to report it then please print out the following form and send it to either of the safety officers based at the Torquay or Brixham Harbour Offices.

We would advise primarily for safety reasons that all boat users within Torbay check for Harbour Masters Notices if using their boat when a Mariitme Event is taking place.  Current notices can be found on the Harbour Notices page and an up to date list of Maritime Events is also listed on the News and Events page.  Further information can always be gained by contacting your nearest Harbour Office.
