Landlord Accreditation

Welcome to Torbay Landlords Accreditation Scheme (TLAS). TLAS has been developed by landlords for landlords.
The aim of the TLAS is to promote good tenancy management and property standards in the private rented sector, and will accredit both the landlord and the property.
Accredited landlords are asked to sign up to and abide by a Code of Practice which has been developed by landlords across the Bay. The scheme will recognise and promote good landlords and encourage likeminded tenants.
After becoming accredited you will have access to a wide range of benefits.
