The Tor Bay Harbour Emergency Plan outlines the contingency arrangements for responding to incidents occurring within or affecting the Tor Bay Harbour area.

It is directed at Tor Bay Harbour personnel and those in other organisations with responsibility for the management of emergencies or incidents.

The plan aims to outline procedures which seek to:

Ensure a co-ordinated and appropriate response to any emergency within or adjacent to the Harbour Authority’s area of jurisdiction.
Achieve compatibility with the plans of other services and organisations.
