Health Emergency Badge Scheme
The Health Emergency Badge (HEB) scheme was introduced in April 2006 to offer a dispensation to workers within the health care industry. The scheme is also available solely for use within the Torbay Council district boundary.
Scheme Updates

If you are an existing badge holder and need to renew your existing permit, please use the form available in the 'Do it Online' boxes to the right hand side of this page. If you are hoping to join the scheme please contact Parking Services on 01803 207695 in the first instance, to establish your eligibilty for the scheme and we will then send you a new application form.
