Disabled Parking
Blue Badge holders in Torbay must purchase a pay and display ticket or display a Disabled Persons Parking Permit. One hours additional parking with be given free after the expiry time of the purchased ticket.
Torbay Council currently offers a free Disabled Persons Parking Permit to all blue badge holders who are in receipt of Disability Living Allowance. This entitles you to park in any Torbay Council car park free of charge.
