Harassment Help

Harassment is offensive behaviour which is carried out against individuals or family because of their sex, age, mental or physical disability or sexuality or for other personal reasons. Racial harassment is offensive behaviour which is carried out against an individual or family because of their race, colour, religion or nationality.

This offensive behaviour can take many forms including-

  • abusive, insulting or offensive words or actions
  • written threats, abuse or insults (including graffitti)
  • violence or the threat of violence
  • damage or the threat of damage to property

I am being harassed, what can I do?

Harassment is a criminal offence. Contact the Police.
