  Torbay Care Trust can now offer a cash payment instead of arranging care and support services for you. This gives you, as an individual, more choice and control over how your care needs are met.
• Financial Assessment & Benefit (FAB) Team / Welfare Rights
  The Financial Assessment and Benefit (FAB) Team provides personal welfare benefit advice for adult service users and their carers.
• Legal Aid
  Free legal advice may be obtained from solicitors under the Community Legal Service
