Torquay Harbour Mooring Availability
At Torquay Harbour there are two harbours with boat moorings, the Outer Harbour which has swinging moorings and the Inner Harbour which has fore and aft moorings.
Torquay Inner Harbour Moorings
In the inner harbour there are currently moorings available on G, H, K and J Trots for up to 5.2 Metre (17 foot) boats. The inner harbour moorings are all 'Fore and Aft' moorings which means that the boat is secured to the mooring chain at both the front and rear. To apply for a mooring or to apply to go on a waiting list for the inner harbour please complete a facility use application form. If you are applying to go on a waiting list please see the table below for the different sized moorings in the Inner Harbour. There are 10 rows which are called 'Trots' in the Inner Harbour which each can hold certain sized boats.

Torquay Outer Harbour Moorings
There are 45 swinging moorings in the outer harbour all of which are currently allocated. At present the Outer Harbour waiting list is closed due to the high demand for moorings. There are plans for a "Town Dock" to be developed in the outer harbour which will be a pontoon style dock , without electricity or water.
The Mooring Fees and Harbour Dues for Torquay Harbour are charged as stated in the tables below. All charges, dues and fees are subject to the appropriate rate of Value Added Tax (17.5%) which is included in the price, except as indicated.

Paignton Harbour Mooring Availability
Paignton Harbour provides 110 trot moorings, a majority of which cater for craft up to 20’. There is considerable demand for facilities for larger craft, so please consult the Harbour Office for mooring availability for larger trot moorings and alongside berthing for vessels up to 14m. Catering for smaller craft, there are also 25 outhaul moorings on the harbourside. For specific mooring details please see the table below.

Brixham Harbour Mooring Availability
Brixham Inner Harbour Moorings
The inner harbour at Brixham is tidal and therefore, boat movement is restricted at low tide. These moorings are divided into four trots of fore and aft moorings:
There are currently no available moorings within the harbour area at Brixham. However, there is only a small waiting list at present which you may apply to go on by completing a facility use application form. For specific inner harbour mooring details please see the table below.

The moorings in the outer harbour comprise of mainly swinging moorings divided along the centre by the Fairway there are also a few outhaul moorings.
