Torbay Creative has secured funding to design and build a ‘state of the art’ website and Torbay Creative are looking for suitable designers and creatives to help us design, brand and build the site.

We hope to encourage anyone from the creative sector - from ‘blue chip’ web design companies to individual artists and designers - who believe they have something to offer the vision and the brand.

To help you a draft brief (and form for you to return) is available below  The aim is that this will help you decide whether you are willing to receive a RFQ for this project.

This is by no means ‘set in stone’ and is intended to be a guide for you as to what we are looking for. As we go through the process the brief will evolve as YOU our partners, colleagues and friends from the sector advise us and work with us on this exciting project that will be of benefit to the whole cultural/creative sector and the Bay.  The RFQ will provide a full specification of Torbay’s requirements and how it intends to chose a successful supplier.
