Street Wardens have been established in Hele and Torre for some time. Following successful bids, Torbay Council have recruited a further four Street Wardens, who now cover Watcombe (Torquay), Foxhole and Queen Elizabeth Drive (Paignton). This funding has been obtained from Torbay Council and European Union.
