Pollution, Prevention & Control Act 1999

A number of polluting industrial activities require permits under the above legislation. This regime replaces the previous system of authorisations issued under the provisions of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. Torbay Council maintains Public Register of Industrial activities in the bay which are permitted.
