Nuisances
Under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 all Authorities have a duty to investigate complaints of statutory nuisance. Such complaints may arise from a variety of activities, some of which we have listed below:
- Barking Dogs
- Burglar & Car Alarms
- General Noise including clubs and shops
- Dust
- Garden Bonfires
- Neighbourhood Noise
