The Skills Funding Agency is a partner organisation of the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills and their job is to fund and regulate adult further education and skills training in England.

The Young People's Learning Agency champions education and training for young people in England, by providing financial support to young learners, by funding Academies for all their provision and by supporting local authorities to commission suitable education and training opportunities for all 16-19 year olds.
