Children’s Services Fair Processing Notice (FPN)
Torbay Children’s Services and Torbay Schools process information about children in order to run their education and social care systems and meet requirements set down by Government.
Throughout our collection and processing procedures we ensure this complies with the Data Protection Act 1998. This means that the data held about children must only be used for specific purposes allowed by law.
The documents below include the Fair Processing Notices sent out through Schools and the Local Authority, with links to further information about each. The school FPN are split into three layers (see Teachernet for further guidance).
