Performance & Stage Licences
Performances by children are governed by the Children & Young Persons Acts 1933 and 1963, Children (Performances) Regulations 1968 as amended by the 2000 Regulations and the Children (Protection at Work) Regulations 1998.
For all productions where children will be performing, applications for a Licence must be made to the Local Authority by the producer at least 21 days before the first date of the performance.
