Each year the Council sets a calendar of meetings in May. Extra meetings are also arranged throughout the year when they are needed.
Please note that the following meetings have been cancelled: Pride in the Bay Scrutiny Board - 8 September 2008 at 9.30 a.m. and Harbour Committee 8 September at 5.30 p.m.

Alternatively, you can present a petition to a council meeting, ask a question during public question time or speak on a planning or licensing application. The press and public may be asked to leave a meeting whilst confidential or exempt information is discussed. The papers for meetings marked * include all exempt or confidential information and it is likely that these meetings will take place in private.
Copies of the papers for those meetings marked ▲ are available to view five days before the meeting at the main reception at Torquay Town Hall. Please telephone Democratic Services on 207087 so they can make a copy available to view.
