Website Update - 1 February 2008
The Gambling Act 2005 webpages have been updated, and now provide information on all forms of application, both Premises Licences and Permits. The application forms, site notices & notices for advert as well as notices for responsible authorities are all available for download and completion. They are found on the page relevant to each type of application or permit.
The Guide for Applying for Premises Licence and Permits, which covers all aspects of the Permits and Licences and how to make applications is also now updated and available.
There is also new information on exempt gaming with leaflets available that can be downloaded from the Do It Online Panel.
