What do I do if I have a complaint?

If you are not happy with the way your request has been handled please write to:

Alternatively you can complete the online complaints form via the 'Do It Online ' panel.

What can I do if I am not satisfied with the outcome of my complaint?

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint made to Torbay Council you can refer your complaint to the Office of Public Sector Information at:
