A publication scheme is a catalogue of the classes of information that the Council will make available to the public.  The scheme also states the manner in which the information is to be published and also if there is a fee for providing the information.

Torbay Council's publication scheme has been approved by the Information Commissioner.  The scheme is intended to provide guidance on finding information held by the Council according to its type.

The scheme is available to download below or reference copies of the publication scheme are available during normal opening hours from:
